Kali Basman, founder and principal of Kali Interiors and lead design for Six Point Design & Build Company, creates intentional havens for residential, hospitality, and commercial environments which remind each visitor of their own interior sacred space. Since she was a little girl at sleepaway camp designing her cabin bunk bend, Kali has always created sanctuary wherever she goes.

Kali is an internationally recognized yoga and meditation teacher, (Kali Durga Yoga) having spent the last two decades traveling globally to retreat centers, temples, and community gathering spaces, she is celebrated for her distinctive design of oases and refuge. She believes every space we occupy can serve as a temple.

Kali curates a wealth of experiences in the aesthetic sphere, and believes that honoring history, location and architecture is imperative in honoring the intention of each space.

Among Basman’s most notable projects are her consulting for the creation of Samadhi Sacred Valley in Cusco, Peru and “The Wagonwheel” in Boulder Colorado- a project she prides herself in breathing life back into a home abandoned for seven years.
